Developers hope to break ground within 6 months and are currently taking reservations for condos which will start at 400k upwards to 4 million.

04-20-2006 -- Idaho Statesman reported that people are leaving the suburbs for Downtown Boise. There are currently 112 condominium units under construction in Downtown Boise, with another 199 already approved and 151 under the review process. 40 new retailers have opened this year and only 7 have gone out of business. More construction to come.

Announced last week the Boise Tower will be built under a new name. McCall-based Charterhouse Boise Downtown Properties LLC has taken over the long stalled project. It'll consist of 25-stories of retail, hotel and condos.

We'll keep you posted as to when reservations will start. They plan to break ground this year.
